HeroDay
A HeroDay is an event where your group packs and ships HeroBoxes to American soldiers. HeroBox will provide you with all the support material needed to host a successful HeroDay. This is a great event for groups, schools, churches and more!
1. Understand your Commitment. Please review all of the information below, including the program FAQS, before registering.
2. Register with HeroBox. After submitting your information, a verification email will be sent to you. Please verify your email and login to your account.
3. Request a HeroDay. After logging in to your account, you will notice the "HeroDays" section. Click "Host a HeroDay" and fill out the form.
4. Discovery Call. Once we receive your request, we will set up a call with you to discuss your event and provide you with the information to host your HeroDay.
5. Confirm your support. After you have hosted your HeroDay, you must login to your account to confirm shipment. Click on the HeroDay link and check off the service member's names you were able to send a HeroBox to.
How much does it cost? You can expect to pay between $25 and $40 per HeroBox. The postage for the USPS medium flat rate box (11x8.5x5.5 ) is about $10. It costs about $15-$30 to fill the box.

How do I know if my hero received the HeroBox? The best way to confirm delivery is to communicate with your hero.
I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it? Click on the "Account" link in the menu at the top of this page. You will then see a link to retrieve your password.
Can I send pictures of my efforts? Yes! Please send any pictures or feedback of your efforts and we will post on our site for everyone to see.
What are the stickers for? The stickers identify the HeroBox. Print out, cut on dotted line and tape to your HeroBox. |
