College Options Foundation and HeroBox have developed this unique fundraiser, “Hometown Heroes” in which JROTC units sell silicone wristbands, customized to feature the JROTC Branch of service and colors to raise funds for their programs. 
To participate in this fundraiser, units also designate deployed soldiers from their unit or community and/or a deployed soldier already registered with HeroBox to sponsor by sending that soldier a customized care package through Herobox.org.

Step 1 : Register with HeroBox. The first step is to register. After submitting your information, a verification email will be sent to you. Click on the link in the email to verify your information and login to your account.

Step 2 : Register your Heroes. Log in to your account and register deployed service members from your unit or community that you would like to support. An email is sent to those service members to verify their information. Once verified, they will be linked to you through the HeroBox web platform.

Step 3 : Request fundraising items. Log in to your account and request the amount of wristbands you would like to receive. There is no upfront cost. Your unit will be billed 45 days after you receive your wristbands. We will be expanding the Hometown Heroes fundraiser to include personalized car stickers in the near future.
